Hand-cast boar-warrior amulet inspired by Torslunda plates and Norse mythology.
Viking Wild Boar Warrior Pendant – Brass or Pewter Edition
This metal version of the Viking Wild Boar Warrior amulet is inspired by the legendary Torslunda Plates of Öland, Sweden (7th–10th century). These artifacts show elite warriors wearing boar-helmets — a powerful image representing bravery, endurance, and spiritual protection.
Each pendant is hand-cast in brass or pewter using traditional methods, giving it the weight and presence of early medieval metalwork. The bold boar motif reflects ancient warrior culture, while the compact design makes it easy to wear daily.
In Norse lore, the wild boar is closely linked with Freyr’s golden boar Gullinbursti, a creature associated with life force, courage, and sacred protection. Boar imagery was often worn to invoke these qualities in battle and ritual.
With a size of 45 mm, this amulet feels substantial without being heavy — a piece that connects its wearer to history, myth, and the artistry of Norse culture.
