  • Handmade Jewellery: Our jewellery is handmade. Each piece may have slight variations due to its handcrafted nature.

  • Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies): Apparel items are made on-demand through Printful. These may ship separately from jewellery orders.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products we offer.

  • We do our best to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate, but slight differences may occur.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in our store’s currency and may change without notice.

  • Taxes and import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Full payment is required at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Handmade jewellery ships from Canada within 1–3 business days. Customers may choose between standard tracked shipping or DHL Express.

  • Apparel (fulfilled by Printful) has a 2–5 business day processing time before shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Handmade Jewellery:

    • Personalized/custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

    • Non-personalized items may be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy. EU customers are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal right for non-personalized items.

  • Apparel (Printful):

    • Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.
