This Odin Face pendant follows the tradition of mask-like depictions found in Viking Age metalwork from the 9th–11th centuries. Such faces appear on small amulets, fittings, and ritual objects, often simplified, symmetrical, and focused on strong features rather than realism.
The long beard, geometric lines, and compact proportions reflect early Scandinavian design language, where meaning was carried through form and repetition. These masks are commonly associated with Odin as a wandering god, a keeper of knowledge, and a figure who moves between worlds.
Each pendant is hand-cast in brass or pewter and finished individually. Small variations in surface, depth, and tone remain visible and are part of the character of the piece. The result is a solid, tactile amulet that feels grounded and wearable.
