Symbolism & Inspiration

The bear was a powerful animal in northern European traditions, often associated with strength, courage and protection. In Norse history, the legendary berserkers were warriors whose name is commonly interpreted as referring to bear-shirts or bear-associated warriors.

The Algiz rune (ᛉ) belongs to the Elder Futhark runic alphabet. In modern interpretations, it is frequently associated with protection, although its precise historical meaning remains debated.

The Celtic knot adds an interlaced decorative element inspired by traditional Celtic art, often interpreted today as a symbol of continuity and connection.
